Order Schedule

All calendar orders will begin shipping in late November 2025. Orders placed before that date will be held and fulfilled once production is complete.

Shipping Method

We offer free standard ground shipping on all U.S. orders. Packages are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail, depending on destination and size.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier performance and your location. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

International Orders

At this time, we only ship within the United States. For international requests, please contact us at hello@bhoite.com before placing your order.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact hello@bhoite.com within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date) and include your order number and photos if applicable. We’ll do our best to make it right.
